Merry Christmas everyone!

The last time I wrote on the blog, I was pretty sure we would not get a white Christmas this year. It’s been quite warm lately and the snow was rapidly melting away, leaving only icy roads and some stubborn white blobs on the side of the road.

Then on Sunday, I spotted a few snow icons in my weather app. Strange! Until that moment, it had only shown clouds and rain, so I expected some kind of cold slush that would not stay. But on Monday morning, I woke up in a snow globe, and the snow kept coming! Big and fluffy, everything got a little layer of magic. We got a white Christmas after all. How lucky are we!
